Advanced Practice Nursing Role in Continuous Quality Improvement: Family Nurse Practitioners

  According to the study, in the early years of 2020 and 2021, a growing shortage of nurses and the challenges presented by the pandemic (Covid-19) attributed to a variety of current challenges affecting family nurse practitioners( Marfell & Kelso, 2020). The Challenges included unsustainable working long hours, psychological fatigue, and the advent of new medical technology. As a result, prospective nurse practitioners will benefit from a grasp of these issues and how to address them( Sharma, 2021). An advanced education may provide them with the information and experience they need to prepare for a job in this tough area. These issues have created a negative impact because they affect the way in which services are delivered( Moore et al., 2020). And automatically, this leads to core competencies issues in the nursing field, this included my chosen field of study
