 HPI Mr George is a 41year old African American male who is accompanied by his wife reports at the clinic with a complaint of “My depression has gotten worse”. Client is married with two children who are in there late teens. Mr. George was previously incacerated and served 10 years in prison for gun possession and distribution of illegal substances.
