COMMUNITY TEACHING PLAN: COMMUNITY TEACHING WORK PLAN PROPOSAL

  Community Teaching Plan: Community Teaching Work Plan Proposal "Community health is health care focused on improving the health of individuals within a given community," stated by Falkner (Falkner, 2018). Reduction or elimination of elements identified with health problems and incorporation of new features to encourage collective health involves a shift in physical, mental, bureaucratic, and political contexts. Education is the gateway to health reduction, by interventions such as instruction, workshops, and supportive services, to encourage behavioral improvement and intervention through means of awareness expansion. Primary prevention is an activity aimed at lowering the possibility of particular diseases. Infection is the growth and production of pathogens, such as bacteria or viruses, that normally do not occur in the body (HealthyPeople, 2019). This paper is a draft work plan for community instruction on handwashing to discourage illness from spreading within a community. The focus areas are the identification of a community teaching group, topic reasoning epidemiological, nursing diagnosis, learning preparation, use of the learning philosophy used, learning purpose, the connection between the HP2020 Objective to the Wellbeing for All Global Initiatives of Alma Ata, development of behavioral objectives, information, techniques or approaches, innovation, appraisal and evaluation.
