regression analysis. However, one derived from this scenario would be; what is the
effect of the well-being program participation when compared to attrition rate?

Since this is a simple linear regression there is only one independent variable
and one dependent variable. The independent variable is the program participation rate,
and the dependent variable is the attrition rate. The data that we are using is nominal
data since employees are placed into the category of being a part of the program or not.
