iHuman Reflection Week 3

 This week has been slightly stressful, I felt as though I didn’t do so great on the practice iHumans, so I was dreading the graded iHuman this week. It ended up not being as terrible as I anticipated. For me, I believe gathering of the patient’s information (history and physical) was more difficult for me then other areas as I wasn’t truly sure what information I should be asking. For example, Do I need to confirm the patients name and demographics, did I need to do vitals, even though all that was provided to me already. Do I need to do a full head to toe assessment or just a focused? I anticipated the first iHuman to be the worst score, but I was presently surprised that I did well. Hopefully I will continue to improve through the weeks. I found the SOAP template to be very helpful at keeping me organized
