  Answer: People and Planet Positive Strategy of IKEA group mainly focus on three key points and its assessment is as follows: ?To generatemore sustainable lifeat home for consumer by using more ecological sources. They give better product at lower prices, less energy and water consumption by reducing waste. ?The company should beindependent from the resources and energyused. IKEA group producing renewable energy by allocating wind and solar projects in stores. IKEA group focus that they and their suppliers ensures that their products fulfil 3Rs i.e. Renewable, Recyclable and Recycled. ?IKEA Group wants to create better life forpeople and communities. They provide good place to work through IKEA Group supply chain.They improve their relationship with supplier and worker, refining working condition which shows corporate social responsibility. By above points, it’s clear that IKEA wanted to implement sustainable measures in its business by incorporating ecological sources, reducing transportation cost by flat packaging which looks prospective from sustainability plan but, contradict with growth strategy. Steve Howard – Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) growth is his prime priority. He considered that if world economic activity went unchecked than IKEA Group consume 150% of planet earth resources.
