Leadership and its styles are fundamental instruments in achieving targets in any field. It is an imperative requirement that can transcend through time and get enhanced. The style of leadership has been considered as the behavioral or approach towards providing directions, implementation, and execution of plans as well as motivating people to achieve their respective targets for maximum productivity in the reflection of the leader.
