Leadership and its styles are fundamental instruments in achieving targets in any field. It is an imperative requirement that can transcend through time and get enhanced. The style of leadership has been considered as the behavioral or approach towards providing directions, implementation, and execution of plans as well as motivating people to achieve their respective targets for maximum productivity in the reflection of the leader. As people and leaders differ, so does the leadership styles vary from person to person depending on their approach and according to a major part of organizations, leaders are essential at all levels. Leadership also extend to creative problem-solving capacity, ingenuity in problem-solving and knowledge sharing.( Carmeli, Gelbard, & Reiter-Palmon, 2013).

This particular type of leadership has certain characteristic features that partially encompass both the autocratic as well as the Laissez-Faire leadership styles.
