 The PubMed Central (PMC) is one of the archives used in the research. The database can be accessed freely through a website and focuses on the life and biomedical sciences. Thesite is an online extension for the US National Library of Medicine (NLM) and contains many peer-reviewed journal articles on heart failure (HF). For instance, many published studies on management and diagnosis of HF are included in the Journal of Clinical Medicine. Before an article is submitted to the database, scholars or experts evaluate the authenticity of the research thereby ensuring that the data presented in the paper is original (Wasfy,2017). The archive offers an authentic source of factual data on the research topic because it is a reputable organization. The CINAHL database is used to research the qualitative evidence of the data collected by nurses when taking care of individuals suffering from heart failure. The database provides primary data on the extent to which congestive heart failure has spread in the community. Additionally, it is a source of research on the evidence-based interventions applied to reduce the readmission rates of HF patients.
