Week 3 Discussion Questions1. What leads Demonstrate the ST Depression

Lorene proves ST depression spread across the EKG. The depression is specifically exhibited in leads I, II, V4 and V5. Additionally, there is a slight depression in the aVF and V6. Moreover, there is an ST elevation in aVR. According to the EKG results, there is a sign of acute coronary syndrome (ACS), which usually shows ST depression in about six leads, especially in leads V4 to V6. The ST depression is shown in leads with inverted T waves and ST elevation in lead aVR. Therefore, the given EKG changes should be considered when evaluating the patient for aggressive behavior if the results indicate a high chance of severe angiographic coronary artery disease (Dos et al., 2018).
